If we and Real finish first in our groups, there's a chance for us to reach the final IMO. We would be in the same "tree" with Palmerias Botafogo, Chelsea, Inter Milan... In this way we would avoid PSG, Bayern, Real, City all up to the final. And in the final we would get one of those and anything could happen.

Too bad our defence is really bad these days.

Still, one can hope. And we are Juventus. We should go for a kill in every game.

Oddly enough from the way i see it we are basically one game away(which we don’t even need to win but rather just get a draw) from potentially shortening our banter era by a few years if we manage to follow it up by getting at least to the semifinals, both financially and marketing wise we’ll be right back to being competitive again on the mercatto along with surely being more sought after in terms of international appeal too.

So either the possible encounter with Real then Inter and then Botafogo or the possible encounter with Al Hilal then Dortmund and then PSG or Bayern...

Real Inter and Botafogo sounds like a super tough one
Al Hilal - We should beat
Dortmund - They are probably a better team at the moment but its a very close one.
Bayern/PSG - Yeah.. I think we all know of our odds eliminating them...

We are not winning this one but the route of finishing 1st could take us up until the SF.

Putting in the extra effort to win this match gives us a much easier route ahead and more money. Half arsing this game and we're out immediately. Also, this is a new Man City team, they've had little time together so it's a good time play them. It's important to be confident in these games so that we don't shit the bed in UCL next season.

Seems odd not giving ourselves a proper chance, even with that dreadful defensive line we’d still be up for it, mean i get it that there’s tired legs and we might be better equipped to push up in the second half with the likes of Yildiz, Cambiaso, Kolo and Conceicao coming on fresh but i’m afraid it might already be too late by that time…

Hope that we’ll start at least two between the ones i mentioned above.
