  Are you seriously trying to say that you think the last time this team played with purpose was in Conte's first season, in 2011. Despite the 6 league titles, like 4 coppa italias and and two CL finals that have followed.

You haven't once seen us play with purpose since then. Since 2011 :howler: God you really are a pathetic little $#@!er aren't you.

You have gone beyond full retard
Yep, I have not seen us play a full 90 minutes of dominant football since that game. Milan basically never got out of their half in that game.

We have had some great performances yes, like Barca 3-0 last season, but even that game, we were lucky with some Buffon saves and Messi misses.
Even against Monaco, Mbappe missed a number of chances before getting one at the end of the second leg when it was all over.

Infuriating 1st half, not a bad 2nd.
I hope Allegri learned a thing or 2 during this game.

Fair result in the end if you ask me. Not because we "deserved" to get anything from this game, but because Sporting sure as hell didn't deserve the 3 points.

Buffon 5,5 - Not sure if he should have done better on the goal. But he could have.
De Sciglio 6 - Not flawless, but decent all things considered.
Barzagli 6,5 - Best player overall. Did as much as he could, often all by himself it seemed. Probably the main reason we didn't go 2 goals down.
Chiellini 5 - Not good enough. A lot of mistakes throughout the entire game.
Alex Sandro 4 - A joke in the first half, average in the second.
Khedira 5,5 - Mostly okay, but he doesn't cut it in a 2-man midfield.
Pjanic 5 - Fairly poor. Caught sleeping quite a few times.
Cuadrado 6 - Goes from terrible to great and back again in the span of 3 minutes. But in the end he did deliver.
Mandzukic 4 - Bad
Dybala 5,5 - Average, but a lot of heart.
Higuain 6,5 - Quite bad up until he did what he's there for.

Douglas Costa 5 - One trick pony.
Matuidi -
Bernardeschi -
I think Higuain barely got anything to work with. Tonight, imo, he was excused.

Its shocking how poor alex sandro is this season. Going from maybe the strongest most consistant player to consistant garbage is infuriating. Bench until he starts giving a fuck. The decline of our backline is staggering. They cant be counted on for shit. Khedira pjanic cant protect shit. Matuidi must play. Fuck mandzus defensive contribution, find fucking space for berna or costa. We need to compensate or horrendous weak backline with more dangerous attack. The lack or poor preparation for this season should be looked into. Fuck traveling around the globe and struggle with poor form for all the players for 6 months. Without result, playing fancy matches is useless and counterproductive.

What a terrible approach to an important game, accepting a draw before the game starts has to be up there as the most disgusting approach a manager can take. In the second we lookd much better but that is partly due to Sporting doing like we usually do, falling back and letting us attack them that is. I think I have said these things so many times that I am really bored of repeating them but will we ever learn? I don't think so, it is part of our identity.

Buffon 6.5

De Sciglio 5.5
Barzagli 6
Chiellini 6.5
Alex Sandro 4.5

Pjanic 6.5
Khedira 5.5

Cuadrado 7
Dybala 5
Mandzukic 5

Higuain 7.5

Douglas Costa 6.5
Matuidi 6
Bernardeschi 6
Fair ratings except for Sandro. Will give him 2 for all his "efforts" shown today.

Then why do you watch games anymore?

I think it's time for a change in formation...we have 0 fluidity, we play like shit, we're gona go out r16 unless we get a weak team. Need to try 3 midfielders, sit dybala out for a game or so, now marchisio is fit we need to utilize him

Parma 2015 we trashed them with Tevez wonder goal.

Still those performance seem to only come once a season maybe which is quite sad.

We should consistently be blowing teams out of the water at least in the league anyway

Gianluigi Buffon — 5
The Bianconeri captain didn’t have much to do, saving well from Gelson Martins in the first half only to see Bruno Cesar sweep home the rebound with the midfield and defence posted missing

Mattia De Sciglio — 4
This was De Sciglio’s first game back after an injury lay-off, so his shaky performance is perhaps understandable.
Nevertheless he looked nervous in possession and didn’t deal well physically with the threat of Jonathan and Marcos Acuna down his flank.

Andrea Barzagli — 6
Stepped up intelligently in the second half to catch Bas Dost offside, and never really looked threaten by the Sporting attack

Giorgio Chiellini — 5
A poor game from Chiellini, who was skinned by Gelson Martins for the goal after what had been a hesitant opening 20 minutes.
Redeemed himself with a fantastic block and strolled through the second half, but Bianconeri fans expect better from the veteran, and he’ll expect better from himself too.

Alex Sandro — 5
Alex Sandro has been the elephant in the room for Juve in the first few months of the season, as the Brazilian has failed to show the form which has seen him emerge as one of the best full-backs in the world. Muscled off the ball on several occasions going forward, he at least stuck to his task defensively.

Sami Khedira — 4
At his best Khedira goes unnoticed, recycling the ball intelligently and making crucial if unflashy interceptions. The German stood out tonight, but not for any positive reasons as he looked laboured in possession and slow in covering the midfield.

Miralem Pjanic — 5.5
This is the kind of game in which Pjanic really has to step up, as the Bosnian’s creativity is needed to unlock stubborn defences. The midfielder didn’t exactly do anything badly this evening, but he failed to have any significant impact in just the kind of game where his skills are needed most.

Juan Cuadrado — 7
Is there a more frustrating player in football than the Colombian? Cuadrado was guilty of a number of poor touches, ill-advised dribbles and wayward crosses. Despite that, the fact remains that he always looked the most likely to do something for Juventus, and his fantastic pass released Higuain for the equaliser.
If he could do that on a consistent basis he’d be a world beater, and his failure to cut the ball back to Mandzukic for a tap-in epitomised the two sides of Cuadrado. Despite that, his impact on the game justified his selection, even if he makes Juventini want to tear their hair out at times.

Paulo Dybala — 5
Dybala never looks as good when Blaise Matuidi isn’t in the side, with the Frenchman’s athleticism allowing La Joya to stay further forward. Without Matuidi, as was the case tonight, he has to come too deep for the ball and can’t affect the game where it matters.

Mario Mandzukic — 4.5
Ultimately this just wasn’t a game for Mario Mandzukic. The Croatian is one of Allegri’s key man, and deservedly so, but he struggles in matches where genuine creativity is required from the flanks. Worked as hard as ever, but a first-half sliced clearance followed shortly after by a miscontrol rather summed up Mandzukic’s night.

Gonzalo Higuain — 6
This is why Juve bought Higuain. Denied service for most of the game, Pipita still worked hard to try and bring teammates into play, despite his growing frustration. When a chance did fall his way, he dinked the ball over Rui Patricio with aplomb for his fourth goal in three games. A few years ago, with Alessandro Matri or Fabio Quagliarella up-front, Juve would have lost this.

Yes Cuads fucks up too much for our liking with ending offensive decisions but other players probably wouldn't even get to those opportunities to fuck up. And Hiagain does what he does but not enough in CL play. Get more speed around him and I'll take my chances with him.

Chose to skip the game because of a date, ended up listening to her complete nonsense about women being victims in all aspects throughout history. These new age women are less interesting than a dog.

Anyways, how bad were we ? Anyone care to enlighten ?

Sack asap.

First half we were playing a training match, completely nonchalant, second half we tried much harder but hardly looked like scoring.
