Well, here we go again with another "bonus game" for us, which we earned last season.

I have a feeling that we'll win a game/games in the CL(though, not sure about an experienced italian side) given the way we're playing under Schubert and with all the chances we're creating.
We should've gotten points against City already but weren't efficient enough(same problem we had against Sevilla during the knockout stage of last years EL round of 32), while losing thanks to two set pieces.

Though, we'd need at least two goals to get a win as we're giving up at least one penalty a game, it seems. :lol2:

Starting lineup for Gladbach should stay the same.

-----------------------Raffael-------Stindl-----------------

-Johnson-------------------------------------------Traoré-

----------------------Xhaka------Dahoud------------------

-Wendt------------Dominguez---Christensen----------Korb-

------------------------Sommer---------------------------

Players missing are: Patrick Herrmann(RW/LW), Nico Schulz(LW/LB), Martin Stranzl(CB)

Will be interesting to see how the matchup of the grizzled vets of Juve or the younger foals will end.
Just hoping for a good game of football, like the one we had at home against City, and I'll be happy.

Hazard has hardly gotten any playing time since Schubert took over from Favre.
Well, fuck him

I used to like Dominguez at Atlético, how's he doing? and Xhaka?

    8 games
    4 yellows
    1 red

    compared to last season

    30 games
10 yellows (chiellini 10 yellows in 44 games)
    1 red

    toned down a lot yo

he is an animal that has no objective rather than killing off other players on the pitch. And the amount of violence he gets away with is ridiculous. Should have earned much more cards than that
    Yeah right. :facepalm2:

That "red card" was actually two bookings in which the first yellow card was a complete and utter joke, as Clemens Fritz of Werder Bremen was just diving and Xhaka wasn't even close to the action.

But yeah, keep telling that to yourself...

    Well, $#@! him

I used to like Dominguez at Atlético, how's he doing? and Xhaka?
Dominguez has helped stabilize the defense, the moment he came back from his back injury.
And Xhaka's still dominating with his passing, like he did last season.
Though, Dahoud's helping him a lot with that.

It's their cheerleader squad that I feel sorry for.

    "Give me a B"
    "B!"
    "Give me an O"....
Well, VFL is pretty easy to spell and we Germans are able to say Mönchengladbach Óle without a problem.
Oh, and BTW: Who the hell is chanting give me a B, Give me an O....etc.?

Keep doing it man. I personally am sick of the negativity perpetrated from the first post every single match thread. Spread the cheer.

Last night on Radio Sportiva there was a bloke from a football magazine that mentioned something interesting about Allegri; he said that this is the first season where he has full responsibility for the preparation and looking back at his years with Milan, he had a tendency to push in the first rounds of CL to obtain qualification and then focus on Serie A. He said he wouldn't be shocked if Juve were 2/3 short of the top by Christmas.
    I hope he was right.
