I love the new rules actually not because Juve will be in Pot 1 but it also gives a possibility of having more exciting groups in coming yrs.Tired of the same old stale groups every yr with the top seeds guaranteed of qualification.I like to see a bit more unpredictability in the group stages speaking from a neutral POV.

Are there any great teams in pots 3 & 4?

Man City could be in Pot 3 next yr depending on how the seasons go for some of the clubs above them in the co-efficient table.
Monaco and Roma will be in Pot 4 again next yr.
Other than that,there are some pretty meh collection of teams in Pot 3 and 4.

Edit : Wolfsburg will be in Pot 4 too.
