Simeone completely outplayed Max. Atletico started the game exactly like every other Juventus opponent do: gave away the ball, no pressing, very slow and calm. But at some point they completely changed, switched to the aggressive and ruthless mode. Juventus were already serene and confident that the game is under their usual type of control. They got fooled and caught by surprise. And then, in addition, Max failed to react with substitutions quickly.

I don't like our approach to games, we have no urgency (usually apart from after the two goals this game) and rely way too much on backpasses. No movement just players standing there waiting for a paxs. This is pedestrian. Basically this Atalanta in Coppa bis
Seeing us take corners and when it was headed out, three times I believe we passed it all the way back to our keeper immediately, instead of pushing it back wide to cross into the box with all our players there was ridiculous.

De Sciglio and Sandro were utter garbage tonight.
Ronaldo had some good moments, but no one to support him.
Even else was average or poor.
Allegri flop of the match for his ultra conservative approach.
De Sciglio was on his usual level. Sandro was utter garbage.

We simply wasn’t brave enough out there. Dilly-Dallying about. Half our players were chasing shadows. Pathetic midfield. Bonucci Instead of sticking his face on the ball, opts for the pussy way out. Got bullied everywhere. Should have been 4-0 easily.

1. Serie A gives us a false sense of security. It is a poor league that simply does not keep us on our toes.
2. Poor midfield.
3. Allegri, ultra reactive mentality. Prefers to wait until we are behind before changing things up. Even after we buy Ronaldo he has an inferior mentality, to whenever he plays against a big team.
