Ciro has had the same season as Ranieri last year so far.

You gamble on youth it takes time, time you do not have in this business.

Guardiola had the best team of players in the world, ciro doesn't give him till christmas.

Ferrara urges Juve patience

Ciro Ferrara was “satisfied” with the point in Munich and Juventus have plenty of time to get back into the top spots.

“I'd say the result does satisfy me, especially considering the way we played in the second half,” he said of the 0-0 draw at the Allianz Arena.

“In the first Bayern pushed hard and created some chances, while we lost the ball too much and didn't make the most of the counter.

“After the break we barely ran any risks and went close to winning it.”

Diego was an injury doubt beforehand and was in the starting XI, but did not provide the necessary spark.

“Clearly Diego is an important player for us and at the moment he cannot be 100 per cent on form. We will inevitably pay a little bit for that, but I tried to field him between the lines of the Bayern squad.”

Alessandro Del Piero was on the bench and has barely featured this season due to a series of fitness problems.

“Del Piero has been dragging this injury along for a month, so his recovery needs to be gradual. Our strikers all have different characteristics.

“[Vincenzo] Iaquinta goes into space, [David] Trezeguet is comfortable in the box, Amauri varies his position and Del Piero has some remarkable moments of quality. Soon he will be ready to give the team his contribution.”

Bordeaux beat Maccabi Haifa 1-0, so they are joint top with Bayern on four points. Juventus trail with two.

“We were chasing them before as well, so little has changed. Everything is still to play for, clearly we need to make the most of the next round.”

We could've won the second half if we tried. I felt like I was watching Juventus in slow-mo, how frustrating - what was that about ciro?

Still, I agreed with his subs, although I would've preferred ale to come on, I felt we needed him.

dont think we wanted to risk not even getting a point after this, it wouldve been disastrous.

I don't know, I felt we could've done much, much more in the second - bayern became much slower and we played like we would be content with a draw, which I disagree with because Bayern in the second was different from the first and we ought to have taken advantage of that but we didn't.. dunno just a personal opinion
