Ferrara, che ormai della Juventus è una colonna, ha ricevuto la fiducia della dirigenza e si è reso disponibile per questa nuova ed entusiasmante sfida: allenare la squadra con cui da giocatore ha vinto tutto e alla quale è rimasto fedele, guidando negli ultimi tre anni il Settore Giovanile della società. Il suo contratto da allenatore della Juventus ha durata biennale.
