The rumors relating to Hamburg and Portsmouth’s interest in the Danish midfielder of Juventus, Christian Poulsen, cannot be confirmed.
The player would be in the viewfinder of these two clubs that are in need of reinforcements in the midfield, news, however, that cannot be confirmed, the agent of the player, lawyer Joern Bonnesen said: "It is not true, I have read these stories in newspapers and on specialized sites, but no one has contacted us".
Poulsen himself also denied these rumors: "I’m not even thinking about it - he told the newspaper Ekstra Bladet - my goal is to convince Ranieri to give me back a place in the team after the injury".
This was also reiterated by Bonnesen: "Christian has no intention of leaving Turin. Of course if the club should want to sell him, then we would begin to consider all the proposals that will come".

He's definitely an asset for us. Didn't have enough time to settle in with his injuries and at first wasn't helped by the fact that he was playing along side sissoko. Both of them are pure DMs. He's a very capable back up for momo and should always be used that way.
poulsen should back up sissoko. Tiago should back up zanetti or the other way around and marchisio is a mixture between these 2 types of midfielders and can replace any of them.
