The agent of Napoli wide man Christian Maggio has rubbished links with Juventus.
Maggio signed for the Vesuviani from Sampdoria last summer but he has spent much of the season injured.
In recent weeks there were whispers that Juve were lining up a summer bid for Maggio, but his representative has moved to silence that talk.
“I have just spoken to Napoli and the news isn't true at all,” Massimo Briaschi told Tuttomercatoweb.
“Neither I, nor Napoli have had any contact with Juventus regarding Maggio.
“Christian is still undergoing physiotherapy but he is recovering ahead of schedule and he could be available in time for August.
“I now expect a declaration from Napoli sporting director Pierpaolo Marino that will clarify the situation and end all doubt.”
