i blame that goal on Mellberg! he just stood there doing nothing! he should've anticipated it better than been in a better position to deal with it! Molinaro was behind RVN, so cant blame him at all for the goal!
agreed since he should have watched RVN and not molinaro

Was he speaking English? Because Ranieri is seemingly imitating that, "Mamma Mia Pizzeria Have-a Pie-a my-a frienda!" sort of talk he had at Chelsea.
Yessa he speaka tha English like you say, he even saya Del Piero is a football.

ok just some points on the game:

1. Forza Juve even though i expected a draw but its always nice to beat real and score twice in a game.

2. with all this injuries we beat one of CL best teams

3. this wasn't by any mean Ranieri's brilliance as much at it was the team spirit who drove us to this win.

4. our medical stuff are really bad, or something that we are doing in training really effect the players.

5. Real supporters are sore losers, maybe its becuase they know that we played with a huge injury crisis and off- form players and still kick thier *as :D

6. atleast Ekdal should have been on the bench.

7. eventhough i voted for sissoko as MOM, Cheillini still deserve some praise as he was the 2nd best player on the pitch.
Ekdal is not available for CL matches. I think this have been said 487 times.

They were so unlucky to be honest. They were much closer to score but Byren's Keeper was on fire and made 2 brilliant saves. Byren played on counters..
Byren? :confused2

hello, nothing more to say, maybe one thing: Sali has been one of the most criticized player here, BUT he showed how great player he is. IMO Chiellini, Sissoko, Amauri, DP and him were the best performers yesterday. So forza JUVe, forza Brazzo

I'm with Rab regarding Giovinco.
I love the boy and i'm very loud whenever Ranieri isn't giving him a chance, but he was the last man we needed in the second half of this match.

Yes, maybe he could have sparked a counter but we'd have been left with a man less in defense and we couldn't afford it. Imo, we'd have been closer to conceding than scoring with Giovinco on the pitch.

P.S: That's if he replaced one of the midfielders. If he replaced Del Piero (who was our last man in attack when Iaquinta replaced Amauri) then it could've been ok, although i don't think much would've changed.
Mate... there where already 2 subs made. Amauri was empty with force. In Iaquinta for the open spaces and fighting for the long balls.
This time I don't agree concerning Giovinco. We needed anything but him TBH. We needed a physical player that can defend. Taking out any of Brazzo or Marco and putting Giovinco in would be playing one man down.

Ranieri did well to keep Marco and Hassan on the pitch.
This might sound weird, but I would have put on Giovinco for either Del Piero or Amauri. And I think I would have taken off Alex. I agree if you're talking about putting Giovinco in midfield, Rab and Alen. That wouldn't have done us any good. But what you seem to underestimate is his workrate which, along with his creativity and speed, could have hurt Real Madrid on the counter. Furthermore it would also have been a bigger stimulus for the team than Iaquinta at that point. Either way closing our eyes for a very poor second half display won't do us any good either.

This was a very much needed win; and I give full credit to the players who all gave 110% (except for one player which I won't bother, because frankly I'm so disgusted at seeing him in a Juve shirt. In fact, I don't like the way I hate a Bianconero, because it's not right to hate someone who plays for your team and represents your club at the highest level. A player who left a striker, the calibre of RUUD VAN NISTELROOY to roam around the penalty box and head home a cross. If it were a one-off, it's fine. But consistently poor marksmanship, and ball skills are not acceptable, and what's even more bizzarre is the confidence which his manager gives him. Sorry, I didn't want to write that much about him, but I am THOROUGHLY SICK AND FUCKING TIRED OF WATCHING CRISTIAN FUCKING MOLINARO #28 IN A JUVENTUS SHIRT!!!!!!! :( )
Pathetic reaction.

He wasn't at fault for the goal. All the defenders had marked a player but there were more Real players in the box. A midfielder would have needed to follow the Real runs.

Tottally agree, not his fault at all,all the defenders were marking players, just were'nt enough players in the box.as Sadomin said,a midfielder would have helped.

eventho i cheated and knew the results before hand and has just finished watching the replay, i was in tears at the end from the emotions and sheer hearts of our lions on the field. the chiellini roar gave me goosebumps. :touched:

the frustration from the bad results in the league will be forgotten for a while until end of this week that is. but for today and the rest of the days, it's party time!

:flag: FORZA JUVE!!!! :flag:

Actually i wouldn't blame him only as chiellini should've been more aware of his surroundings instead of simply watching the cross. Giorgio didn't to go forward towards the ball as Legro was already there with the only player that was infront.
i really saw it coming in that situation ... when real had the ball on the left wing there were 3 real madrid players entering the box at the same time, so it was very difficult for the defense to check how needs to mark whom ...
chiellini and mellberg went for the players that were closer to the goal, which was correct, because from there it would have been even easier to score ... sadly RVN did pull off a good header from a bid away, but if chiellini or mellberg went back for rvn and the ball would have gotten to an unmarked player right in front of the goal you would also have bashed them ...

What is there with Brazzo and big matches? Scoring a double v Milan, owning the Real defence, etc. and then sucking big time against Siena and the likes. Doesn't he care for small matches?

Anyway, happy to see he put his "big match" boots on yesterday! Very good match, IMO.

Yeah, but if there's one man you want to mark in the box, it's Ruud. I don't know who was supposed to mark him, but it's one of Chiellini/Mellberg. They were both drawn to the first post, leaving Ruud alone. Molinaro spotted him, but too late.

I don't blame the goal on an individual, but on communication. There's no two ways to it, you never ever give more than 30cm to a guy like Ruud in the box.

Then again, and like I said earlier, who cares? we won!:weee:

What a victory and what a DP special with a fine assist I may add.

We started like a bomb in this match physical and quick ball movement.

My ratings:

Manniger 7 - Very solid and hard at the ball.

Grygera 7.5 - I am a big fan I have been from day 1. Future leader this guy very solid and professional game.

Legra 6 - No real errors to speak of. Real shame he got injured i hope he is for OK next match.

Chellini 9 - What a great game. Great player and the future Azzuri Captain.

Molinaro 6.5 getting better I cant beleive it. Still cant cross but he is some how improving. Very Solid. Cant believe I am putting Molinaro and solid in the same sentence!

Nedved 9.5 - MOM. Best game for the year by far. What a champion. He was everywhere. His touch was brilliant didnt miss a pass defended well. What a STAR!!!!!! Ps An assist too!

Sissoko 9 - Great game very fierce in the tackle. Madrid players were honestly scared of him. I mean spain is the sofest league in the world though!

Marchiso 5 - I know he is young but really I have my doubts on him. He is serviceable but will he ever be world class? Im not sure.

Marchionni 5.5 - Good for the first 10 minutes. Not a Juve standard player, sorry.

DP 8.5 - Got the ball rolling with one of his best EVER goals. Screamer very well taken. Linked up all day with the mids and he and Amauri are forming a very solid partnership.

Amuari 8 - Again and again he does the business. Not only scoring but winning headers, he has great feet, his strong. I know he was very expensive but I think with all the injuries he is one player who has really grown in stature. Slowing becoming one of the most deadly strikers in the world.

Subs:

Sali 6.5 - Been good in the past few weeks. I only want to see him as a sub though. Not a starter but a serviceable sub.

Mellberg 6.5 - Whats all the fuss about this guy. Again he was solid. He made an error against Fioratina and is still paying for it. I think this guy like Grygera gets the raw end of the stick. I think he is a very good back up defender who played very well. Composed on the ball under pressure too!

Iaquinta N/A - We defended alot towards the end so he didnt get a chance. great to see him back.

Raneri - OK. Good sub with Amuari/Iaqinta who ran out of gas. Really got forced into the changes and the line up picked itself. Would rather of seen Gio instead of Marchionni he didnt really defend anyway.

Forza Juve GREAT WIN.

PS Thank-you BATE!!!

But what am saying is that he went to a player that was already marked and left a player run free infront of him. Molinaro's cross marking was weak and he shares the blame along with the midfield.

Its very hard to mark when the cross comes from that area, but i just wanted point out that its not one player's fault
