1. If he plays even only a single minute in these qualifying matches and Juve qualify for CL then he won't be eligible to play for any other team that will play in CL or played CL qualifiers but he CAN play in UEFA Cup for the teams that didn't play (and lose) the CL qualifiers.

2. If he plays a single minute in the qualifiers and Juve won't qualify for CL and will play UEFA Cup instead then Tiago won't be eligible to play for any team that plays in CL or UEFA.

The rules actually say that the player that played for one team CAN NOT play for another team that played or still plays in the SAME competition as the team he played for.
Since Juve will play in CL (qualifiers) and if we're eliminated we'll play UEFA, it means that players who played for Juve can not play for the teams that will play in CL or UEFA CUP since Juve will play in both these competitions this year.

3. If Tiago won't play at all against Artmedia then he'll be eligible to play for any team that plays CL or UEFA.

This list is for the players eligible to play in the CL qualifiers.

It looks like Zanetti's injury is more serious and he's certainly going to miss both legs.
Knezevic's and Marchionni's injuries are probably less serious and there is a chance for both of them to make it for the second leg.

As for the youngsters at the olympics, there is also a chance that Italy will be eliminated earlier and they'll be home before the 2nd leg in Bratislava (that's the capital of Slovakia, FYI, my little geography expert. And Bratislava is also the city where Artmedia comes from )
