That was before the snow started coming down in an increased manner. I was saying the same yesterday, and after about 30 minutes from when the match was stopped, it became clear why it had to be stopped. Players were complaining that they couldn't see and were hurting their eyes too.
Oh cmon. It wasent even enough snow to form a new layer. That hail hurted is an excuse. But snow !

Being 'manly' about it is one thing, but I know from experience that getting more hail-like snow in your eyes just affect your vision if only for a split second. That's enough to make one mistake to decide a game, let alone it happening all across the pitch.
