Tottenham lmao. What??? Atletico are a much more savvy, experienced and CL hardened team. They’ve got a rock-solid defence, great midfield with Saul pulling the strings and Griezmann upfront. They’re much better than Tottenham.
I do get it but I've seen them quite a few times this season and they werent good at all. It's that the general qualiy in La Liga is bad but they arent a top side imo. They're solid in defence but nothing unbreakable. Dare I say, very bad upfront as well.

I also take extra joy in knocking Simeone out. Hopefully we'll see Mourinho one more time.

Nice round of 16 draw overall.

As for Atletico... Imagine having them in the final. Which will be played on their home arena. I'd prefer to meet them on a 2-game stage, so not a bad draw outcome after all.

Athletico is gonna be tough, but i would rather deal with them than the fucking pace of liverpool and tottenham. Tottenham should really have beaten us last year, and they have more experience this year. The way they progressed from the group was also impressive, considering the pressure and low odds after three games

Oh boy, I wonder what our % would be if we draw City or Barca according to you..

We signed the GOAT to win this thing, not proceed as far as possible. We're top favourites against every opponent ffs

It is what it is. I hope over the next two months we can work on being more clinical. That has been my biggest issue with this team so far. Against Atletico you have to put away few chances you get. I remember in 2014 we had zero shots on target against them in Madrid. I still like our chances to advance.
