I would much prefer a flank player like Bale in the lineup as opposed to Isco who tends to pop up in between the lines. Our formation is designed to double the flanks. Isco is harder to mark when the ball is away from him.

Bale can beat you for pace but right now we are rarely finding ourselves stretched out and that 1 v 1 full field situation rarely shows itself. But I could definitely see Isco taking a ball in a compact midfield situation and making a clever dribble to break our CMs, then force our CBs to step up and leave space for Ronaldo or Benzema to slip in behind.
Also Bale isn't going to be in his best physical condition even by the time of the final.

I hope Carvajal isn't fit, as his crossing can be a problem. He's quite solid defensively and a danger going forward. Danilo is a disaster, and Nacho is ok defensively but doesn't pose much of a threat in the final third. I'd rather Bale start over Isco; Isco has been on fire lately. I'd be wary of Asensio coming off the bench, and the curse of the ex (Morata). Needless to say, Ronaldo is still the danger man.

I'd start the same formation as against Monaco, and leave Cuadrado on the bench, just in case. Neto, Benatia, Licht, Asamoah, Marchisio, Cuadrado, and Kean on the bench. It's a shame both Rugani and Pjaca are injured. There's no point in putting bums like Rincon, Lemina, or Sturaro on the bench. They aren't impact subs, and are unlikely to change the momentum of the game, if that's what is needed.

Bale could be rushed back and that could result in early "wasted" substitution for Real.

That happened against Barca already this season.

I dont know what kind of relationship Zidane has with Bale but he is obviously desperate to play in a final hosted by his home country.

Bale has had lot of injury problems this season. I wouldnt be surprised if they actually get rid of him and go sign Hazard.

Madrid are by no means impenetrable, but we'll need to be more clinical than ever. Ronaldo will need to be marked closely the entire time, since he's pretty much their only real attacking threat. I fear Morata too, hope Zidane sticks with Benzema.

No it wont:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_European_Cup_and_UEFA_Champions_League_finals

127,621 in the 1960 final.

The Cardiff stadium capacity is 74,500. Less than stadiums like Camp Nou (99 000) , Wembley (90 000), Bernebau (81 000), San Siro (80 000) which have hosted finals in the last 20 years.
I meant TV audience.
