look at it this way, if you were a director at a company would you employ seven?sure he is an intelligent young guy, he could help your company massively and could be a corporate success story. however, he is extremelt argumentative, stroppy,bigoted and would cause massive disharmony in teh workplace.
you would have to weigh up the pro's and con's of the situation....
