Juventus could swoop again on Independiente's Carlos Javier Matheu, already tracked in the lost months. According to Argentine medias the two parties are very close to find an agreement. The player, valued around 6 million Euros, has also declared: "I have always dreamed to play in Europe. I think that Juventus is one of the most important clubs in the world, as well as Real Madrid and Manchester United"

Bane would be great for us.I think he would look like Vidic.I don`t know much about Matheu so i can`t say i wouldn`t like to sign him but still i think Bane would be better solution.

It's always a risk to sign an unknown "talented" player from South-America. you can be very lucky (Pato, Robinho,...) or you can be totally screwed (Olivera...). I'd say go for security, no more guessing please. If Juve want to sign a CB, go for Barzagli or another high-profile player that plays in Europe.

But, in my opinion a good risk, look at so many success as you said like Robinho, Diego, etc... It's worth the risk and improving the squad for Champions League with new talented squad members for more depth.

And how do you know Milan are very lucky with Pato ?
They payed 14m euro to his team and aditional 7m euro to his agent and he didn't play a single match yet.

Barzagli sucks, and if you don't take risks, you won't get anywhere in this fucking world.

i'll bet that you haven't even watch him play! you just want ivanovic because he's your countryman right?
I watched him millions of times. In Palermo and in Italy.I don`t think he`s crap or something but I think he`s just avarange defender, nothing special about him...I want Ivanovic because he`s Serb?Honestly,no.I watched him alot playing for Serbia and i think he`s the right man for us and future star.
