Dude after we were down 3:0, he should have brought in more firepower after the half time and change the formation from 4-4-2 to a more offensive one.
So else is blame but Capello?
Oh wait...I forgot...it is all Del Piero's fault.

actually it was the mentality that he inserted into the players, i dont think the tactics had more contribution to the loss.

Milan just had the right mentality and we didnt

Capello wants Premier job

Monday 31 October, 2005

Channel4.com wrote:

Fabio Capello has stated his desire to one day Coach a Premiership side.

The Juventus boss is widely regarded as one of the top Coaches in world football, having led virtually every side he has been with to success.

He has previously worked abroad before with Spanish giants Real Madrid, leading them to the La Liga title.

And he has now revealed that he would like his next job to be in the Premiership and not with the Italian national side, as had previously been suggested.

“The national team has no sense and I feel more attracted to the day-to-day work with a club team,” said Don Fabio.

“I would very much like to Coach in England. The Premiership is a League which fascinates me a lot.”
Good for him, go as soon as possible. If you can go tomorrow, do it!

Even thou its all about winning and titles. Sometimes I can see for example Barca and wonder if I would not prefer that. Loose more often but se my team play as gods from time to time.

Someotimes I wonder if Capello trains the team to attack. I never saw our players with a plan in attack, even when we score more than two goals. I actually wonder sometimes if he gives the team any plan at all.

A few questions, one has been repeated...why Nedved?
One from last night's game, why Zambrotta was on the right and Pessotto on the left? Couldn't he move Zambrotta to the right WHEN Chiellini goes in, or his mind capability cannot function that far?

The worst thing that can be said about Capello, a coach managing one of the heaviest squads in the world. He is limited, or at least shows how limited he is. When his team is not delivering he changes players only, take out Pessotto and include Chiellini in the same position. He gives all the blame on his players and at the same time he does not change tactics or formation, why? It is either he's too dumb to do that or simply he doesn't know it.

I have seen comebacks in football, I will never see them when Capello is coaching.
I've been talkin like this for ages now Jeeks... yar so damn right...

Last year he had a WHOLE FUCKING game to make a comeback and he couldn't. You wonder if he's down 2 goals can he do something to at least get a draw?

TBH After we concede 3 goals I wasn't thinkin of movin into a more offensive formation... I was thinkin of the least possible damage because the margin was already hard to swallow...

IMO we have good chances of winning the Scudetto if we keep our 1-0 theory against shitty teams, but in CL we r OFFICALLY OUT....

I can't believe what I'm reading here. How can you forget our strength after just one game??!!!
We set records under Capello, but obviously after just 90 minutes of play it's a distant memory.

WWWWWWWWWL

I rest my case

again its not the fact of the defeat more the manner of the defeat and the fact that capello does not have a change of plan if his tactical plan goes out the window,we seen that against liverpool last year and against milan, how would we cope against barca, chelsea or even lyon? thay are all flexible in their game plan while we go through the motions expecting it to all work out fine and dandy

2 games. We were shit against the only top teams we played against. against bayern and milan. I don´t know if Inter is a top team. and if they are, we played not bad in that match, but the goals came from free kicks, not from open game.
The signs I saw against bayern and Milan were very bad IMO.

8 wins agains low-level opponents will not win us the scudetto

Those wins were against mediocre teams, who, more often than not, even outplayed us many times in those matches. We won those based on luck, and our individual player's skills. NOT whatever crap capello laid out for them..

What was so good about Lippi?

1)He went to derbies ready to face the opponent, not to stay back and see what he can do.

2)The team was balanced with perfect organised defence and with good attack. Our team was not cut in 2 pieces

3)He belived in young players and his subs were logical

4)As for Del Piero, he played because he was good. The only year when Lippi started DP who was out of form was 2004.In 2003 he was surely very good and what to say for his first years(95-98).

5)In the end our team under Lippi coud press the opponents hard and chesed the win.Now if concede first it's to hard to come back.

6)Simply think in how many derbies Capello was good.Only Against Real and against Milan last year.
Well Said.

Imagine Real Madrid can, and we can't.
