Very impressive stuff from Juve to play so consistently this season when there was more pressure and not quite the same hunger for it as there would have been last season. Also doing it all when playing in Europe - I'm in no position to dispute the claim that playing in Europe cost you about eight points dmoestically through a season - made it tougher this season.

Still, from my point of view they weren't as fun to watch as they were last season.

The football was undoubtedly of a higher standard over the course of the season this time round, but there just wasn't the same pace and (at times, naive) enthusiasm that there was in their play last season that made them so entertaining.

Loads of games (most of which I have now forgotten) were really pretty dull this season, but there was just an inevitability that Juve would grind out the result. Great for winning titles, but not so great to watch.

anyone bookmarked the page where some guy from ficg said that ejecting juve was a mistake? it's maybe 1y old quote... did use google, but cab't find it...
