Damien, if you are reading this, please take the following into consideration.
Who will be our midfield conductor? Who can boss a game and run the show? I desperately want to see a 3 man midfield implemented. The midfield is the most important part of the squad in the modern game. If we can establish a good midfield, the rest will follow.
Di Gregorio is fine as a starter, with Perin as a backup. Upgrading the goalkeeper position is just premature optimisation at this point.
In defence, Bremer is one of the best defenders in world football and hopefully he's fully recovered from inury. Kalulu established himself as one of the best defenders in Serie A. Gatti shouldn't be a starter, but he is an ok squad player. At fullback, I want to see what Cabal and Alberto Costa are fully capable of. Give both consistent playing time. Keep Cambiaso unless an offer for €60 million+ arrives. Let Savona get more experience.
In midfield, don't touch Khephren Thuram. Make decision/s on Koopmeiners and Douglas Luiz. If we aren't selling, then they need to be starting games. It is absolutely ridiculous to have these guys on high salaries sitting on the bench. If they aren't part of the project then sell ASAP and identify replacements. We can't build a midfield around McKennie and Locatelli.
Forwards, don't touch Kenan Yildiz. Pay the option for Chico Conceicao (it's good business). Negotiate another loan for Kolo Muani. Sort out the mess with Susan. Signing an elite striker is worthless if he doesn't receive service.

Think we have bigger issues in attack than in defense. Renato Veiga should be confirmed if we can strike a deal that makes sense for us. (Chelsea only spend €20m to sign him so €25m should do it). Then we're set in defense. It's not amazing, but the starting 4 backline is good enough IMO.
We have issues with the creativity in build up and I would love a Nico Paz or similar to compete with Koopmeiners there.
If we manage to renewd Kolo Muani I think he's profific enough to be starter and we only need a backup/rotation player there. Maybe Lorenzo Lucca for €20m but not for €30m.

Kalulu can partner Bremer but Bremer would be coming back from a serious injury and might not cover Kalulu`s flaws as good as he has last year (when he played).
RB - We have none but if we need to place someone within the squad I rather Kalulu than Savona or even Weah (unless we are talking wing-backs)
LB - I expect a Cambiasso departure - Getting that Spanish dude might not be the best decision if we want a pure LB. He would be good in a 3-5-2 formation I guess.
Mck wouldnt leave for 10M I can guarantee that..

For me there's no point discussed the three at the back system at this point. We are in for a transfer overhaul if we stick with that project. It's too much change at this point. We need to continue the project with the players we have. Let's not go and look for new wingbacks and hard working midfielders. We need creative players

On a more serious note this is my predicted lineup: similar to yours but with Cambiasso sold and a replacement different than Gutierrez, probably some mid level profile. N.G might rotate with Weah but I dont expect us to get anyone interesting there.
Koop Yildiz - Probably but they will be rotated more than necessary.
CF - My bet at the moment is on Gyokeres - I dont hear too much talking about him and we should do it if wages matches the reports. I`d keep an eye on a surprise in shape of someone with potential who didnt find a place in a top team due to competition - Endrick or his likes might come here but if that happens we can forget about Gyokeres.
