The Juventus goalkeeper is convinced that the Bianconeri’s General Director has an ace up his sleeve.
Gianluigi Buffon spoke about the Juventus transfer market, despite the club’s officials saying there will be no big signings.

“To make the quality jump we just need a couple of insertions. I expect a big transfer, but I wouldn’t know which. Luciano Moggi can surprise us at any moment.”

Buffon explained the Bianconeri’s unexpected quarterfinal exit from this year’s Champions League and which team he fears most next season.

“This year in the Champions League we lacked the right conviction. Next season Inter will be a tough opponent.”

Well, hopefully this surprise will in the form of a world class midfielder to partner Emerson or take over for Nedved. Gerrard, Ballack, Vieira, Essien, Rosicky, Baptista, or perhaps Juninho comes to mind.

Dossis, I don't want to crush your dreams but, I think theres no way that we get Xavi... Barcelona is not that stupid to sell him, he is there new Guardiola and they are building their midfield arround him... he and Dinho are the nmore important players in Barcelona...

As for Rpbinho... I also don't believe that we can get him, and I also think that his play style its not for Serie A

Espectro i think Juve should at last change her style of football.I know Xavi is very difficult to come, i present him as an exaple for what we need. For Robinio i think that he has so mutch talent that can fit in every team in every championship.

LOL, it'll be quite the anti climax, if Moggi ends up selling Buffon as the surprise.

I think that the surprise will be one of those three:
1)Cassano (not a big surprise as he is being linked with us every day...)
2)Robinho (linked with us and I`m starting to suspect he is coming to Juve)
3)Gilardino (was linked with us in the past and now it is quiet maybe it is the quiet before the storm)
