you have to download a program called bittorrent, which sort of like a peer-to-peer program, only it works by assigning a small amount of data to each user on the network to send to each other. So basically it's a whole web of people sending each other little packets of information about the same file.

visit the homepage and download the program, then download the .torrent file that's contained in the rar that CINAalipzebra posted. Open the .torrent file with bittorrent, choose a folder where u want to save the match, and let her rip
