Apparently, I should suck on my colleague's tits (female) in order to avoid the sin of staying alone with a female in one room (5olwa).

This is no new practice, Aisha (the prophet's wife) did it and told other women to do the same. She started doing it after the prophet allowed it. These are by no means weak hadiths
