I dont know how the spoiler thing works

Vandals and kids? hard to buy that. It's not like he was living in gangster neighborhood with hippies and homeless people to wreck it.
His face was all over the news. The house would have served as a kind of tourist attraction. Even abandoned houses in the nicest neighborhoods get trashed believe me.

But swag...

Jesse only spoke to Hank and Gomey, both dead, and the video of this is with the Nazis, presumably destroyed during the shootout. Plus with Walt's confession from E14, the cops currently think only Walt was involved. But who cares, the show's over now.
So Jesse wouldn't even be held for questioning as the only living witness to everything?

Yeah, right. With two dead DEA agents and nobody else to prosecute, I'm sure they're going to show him tons of leniency. :andyandbarcelona:

Not to mention any questions behind the motive for why Andrea was executed...

Who can connect Jesse to any of it though? Only Marie knows that he was living at her house before Hank's death but there is no evidence or living witnesses to say that Jesse did anything illegal or even connect him to the following police investigation

Everybody else in the DEA office knows that Jesse was a "person of interest" for Hank and Gomez. He wasn't kept a secret, as they interrogated him in the office.

No Jesse was interrogated in a regular Jail by those random detectives who came about him throwing cash out the window thing not the DEA office. The whole reason Jesse was living at Hank's house was because Hank was going outside the lines before he and Gomez came to the DEA with damning evidence on Walt.

If Hank had been any bit forward with the DEA he would have no choice but to indict Jesse for murder instead of using him as bait to get killed by Walt.

Powerful ending, fantastic. It ended how I wanted which means how Walt wanted it. He died in peace and solved all of his matter. I hate Jesse but the way they both forgive each other at the end with simple nods was fantastic and I loved it. Great ending to a great show, and great ending to one of the best characters in the history of TV - Walter White. You magnificent beast.

they took him in the office? i don't remember that part.
He's known. While this time Hank and Gomez held him this last time in Hank's place as a safehouse, that's not the first time he's been brought in for questioning/connection with everything.

Not only that, but there's a dead ex-girlfriend of his with an orphaned kid that needs a murder to solve. And rule #1 with dead women is to first look to the boyfriend or ex-boyfriends as the killer.
