The movie came from the book, but apparently did no justice to the book, which was supposed to be great, while the movie was shit.

I finished reading I Am Legend. It was a very good book, just a bit short and I expected better of it. I don't see why it's considered a classic.

The Time Paradox by Philip Zimbardo

Good stuff, but frankly these science-y books don't read very well. Sentences are overloaded with technical terms in the interest of precision, and the same topics get brought up again and again even though it seems like they were done with. The prose also tends to be disjointed as they pack in with descriptions of studies and their results, there's no plot as such. Maybe I'm spoiled, but I think I prefer literature.
