The European Club Association released a statement after the meeting where, among other things, they highlighted their openness to engage with the new board of directors that Juventus will appoint in the coming weeks.

“The Board was updated on the European Court of Justice’s Opinion of the Advocate General due on December 15; and expressed an openness to engage with the new Board of Directors at Juventus,” an official statement read.

Juventus are still not part of ECA after Andrea Agnelli resigned in April 2021. The former Bianconeri President was one of the principal architects of the European Super League, which was unveiled by 12 elite European clubs last year, but collapsed within 48 hours.

Barcelona and Real Madrid are also not part of ECA due to their involvement in the breakaway competition.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Al-Khelaifi, who replaced Agnelli as the ECA Chairman last year, has already called Agnelli’s successor at Juventus Gianluca Ferrero, who will hold the first board of directors meeting on January 18, 2023.

I remember a few days ago I posted a rumor about Marotta returning and was immediately lambasted by @JuvePerSempre10

The lack of ideas from pretty much everyone top down is extremely alarming. They have no vision whatsoever. Total frauds.
Only with us can the shittiest gurus recycle names every year and get them right occasionally

UEFA wanting us back, Minister of Justice satinf wiretapes are not evidence. Lottio, ADL, Gravina defending us..

This was all,to brong Agnelli down, they know without Jive there's no Serie A l. There will be fine and maybe reduced squad for CL nothing else. All reports show that UEFA's investigation is not serious.

I wish that they drag this on till 15 december to see if Super League projects can go on or not.
If not let's agree

So where are the 'fans' that already sentenced this club? This was ofc always gonna be rejected. @Hist
It's that topic of calciopoli of either we are innocent of the charges or everyone's guilty. I mean just look at how atalanta sold diallo to man utd for 40 mill without making a first team appearance and even today he's floating about with loan moves to smaller clubs, if people think our plus valenza transfers were dodgy then so was that one amongst many others which didn't involve Juve

Dude this would be great news. If at the end of the day, nothing sticks and we end up without penalties and with better management this would be the dream. Literally better than if none of this have happened at all. They'd have did us a favor

The pessimist in me is still wary. The text messages and wiretaps don't look good.

Sporting courts are more easy to manipulate/be corrupt. Thats why only Juve got a serious punishment and Milan got a petty one while Inter were freaking rewarded, despite all three (+ Roma too iirc) having shady dealings with designators. Criminal courts for financial crimes is larger/separate than football.

If a bunch of publicly traded clubs were found to be cooking the books they'll probably be charged. This furore isnt about plusvalenza afaik btw its about the under the table salary payments
