He's talking about that other investigation they're throwing at us which might result in another points deduction soon. And that would take us back to 6th-7th place.
I think that's their plan
One way or another we won't play CL or EL for 2 years with UEFA ban and Serie A penalization.
Removing these -15 will just assure that Juventus will stay in Serie A and not endanger TV money deals by being in Serie B or Serie C

Matera, one of the authors of the Code of Sports Justice: “I see no margin for a confirmation of the verdict against Juventus at CONI, which will have to reform as a judicial body and without postponement. The Lazio TAR has opened a crack in an approach that does not hold.” [Tuttosport]

“In the motivations of the Court of Appeal there are 2 mysterious apparitions. The Pjanic-Arthur exchange, which is not among the 15 disputed transactions. The CFA, despite this, mentions it 8 times.”

“The other is Marseille's hand-corrected invoice, which appears in the decision of the Court of Appeal but which was not present in the referral of the Public Prosecutor's Office.
The media impact prevailed over the lucidity and ridiculousness of a technical-legal reasoning given by the court of Appeal.”

I know about that but the post wasn't very clear. If we don't have a points deduction we will most probably finish top 4.

If the content of that document is made public when it is released it might be a true bombshell since, apparently, it can implicate other teams that have been protected by the federation.

“10. The appellant requested access to the note from the Federal Prosecutor's Office which provided interpretative indications to COVISOC for the purpose of issuing the note with which the Commission proceeded to make a report regarding the assessment of the effects of the transfer of the players on the financial statements of some professional clubs for the purpose of registering for the respective championships.”

COVISOC is an acronym for something like Supervisory Commission on Professional Football Clubs.
Let’s keep in mind that Inter won a league title in 2021 in a state of insolvency, not being able to pay their own wages, and we see what they are pulling now with fake sponsors like Digital Bets. They put in balance money that is never coming from sponsor, and probably they know about it beforehand. But this is not an isolated occurrence; many other Serie A and lower-league clubs are in financial trouble, the system is completely broken.

That might be also why the federation was so adamant in not giving it to the defense, committing an abuse of power as recognized yesterday by the ordinary justice; some heads in the sport justice (which is connected to the FIGC) should definitely roll after this is all said and done.

And beside the usual anti-Juventus italian sentiment, this whole persecution has to do with the Super League. But there’s a lot to say about this.

Juventus penalty: the FIGC Prosecutor do not intend to give away the secret letter and is ready to refer the State Council for the disapplication of the sports preliminary ruling, since they went to the administrative court without going to the first 3 levels of justice.(Corsport)

Fuck them its obvious what's happening and after the support of the Minister of Sport and other people we are getting +15 PLUS they absolved Paratici and Cherubini. So it makes no sense for our DS to be free of fault but the club guilty. They are trying to safe themself but it won't work this time. The fans are what's making the difference I think.

I believe that, even though don’t be mistaken, I have no insider info, I only have access to first-hand news. It’s nobody’s secret that Juventus is always under investigation for something here in Italy. The overrepresentation of neapolitans in sport justice certainly doesn’t help. Investigations often so ridiculous that they hardly make the news internationally, such as a low-quality steel in the stadium and a clumsy attempt to tie Agnelli to organized crime, which was so embarrassing they had to pretend nothing happened.

Who knows, maybe with the whole Super League ordeal Ceferin made them feel so emboldened to actually go ahead with their half-assed accusations, and in true italian style they made a botched job out of it.

Ceferin certainly discussed with Gravina, they were together at the stadium during Inter-Porto which is absolutely out of place for a UEFA president. I think he discussed with Tebas as well, but in Spain they’re not so masochist to target their best teams. Barcelona is actually dirty, though, and this stuff with the referees coming up many years later might have something to do with it.

As far as your Corsport news goes, don’t worry, it’s absolute bogus. The “State Council” can’t invalidate the fact they have to give the paper in 7 days, and if they actually went there they would have no chance. Juventus was not supposed to appeal and they didn’t, Paratici and Cherubini did.

I’d tell everyone not to worry too much, even for the second investigation; Juventus is in the right side of this and Exor has a dream-team of lawyers working on it. Elkann cares, otherwise he wouldn’t have invested 700M in the last 3 years to recapitalize. Remember his last interview after the point deduction: “Juventus will never be the problem, but always part of the solution“. His words are cryptic, but the solution is the Super League, and this mess is probably a result of the fallout (even though of course FIGC could have acted alone).

I've said it from day 1 I'm certain ceferin and gravina are in it together to ensure Juve are punished and as a reward Italy will host a major tournament
