I was going to post this as well.

These bastards work for the US government, so they will be pardoned under Bush. That's why they're coming in now.

I don't know if it's just under Bush.

Personally they need to tighten the guidelines in general around how mercenaries operate in war zones and sensitive security areas.

either have them follow the same guidelines as the military or don't have them in there at all (bit of wishful thinking considering the dependence on private millitary mercs)

But that's the thing, they're mercenaries. They can do whatever they want in war times because they're not affiliated with any government, so that's why these freaks roll around in their pickup trucks shooting at whatever looks fun to kill.

I even heard a rumor Blackwater kidnapped a bunch of "terrorists", brought them back to their headquarters in North Carolina, and use them as torture specimens. The fact the government employs these goons really demonstrates how evil this country can be.

you've got to feel bad for the Iraqi citizen right now.

your own country men are out to get you, the military of the country that liberated you is out to get you, and some merc goon who woke up with a hangover and blood lust is out to get you.

all this for... the crime of innocently being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Iraq was used. The country is in a horrible state, and any American or whomever is telling the people that Iraqis are "better off" after this war is a self-absorbed, arrogant liar speaking on the behalf of an entire people.

    Pakistan may be next.

These Blackwater clowns killed people on the street with their hands up, somehow managed to kill a little girl, and lobbed in grenades at a car that was already on fire.

They're being indicted for manslaughter charges and a sixth guy turned himself in today.
