good for you man. i know a few guys who got into betting pretty deep. one lost a house and a family. we were buddies in our early university years, but he drifted away and lived to the betting and gambling so he only had social interactions with similar dudes. an other guy almost lost a finger. one day at 4 pm he came knocking on the bedroom window of his stepdad and asked him to give 400k huf (1k € at current rates, wasn't a small amount ~20 years ago) asap because he has to get back to the casino within an hour, otherwise he loses a finger. turned out he had a debt of ~8k to a dozen of people, and nobody knew about his addiction. he went to group therapy and never gambled again. many of them aren't this lucky.

addicts have a mental condition to take care of above everything. it takes a great effort and many fail.

btw corona didn't publish additional names because he blackmailed the rest of his list and those who paid can relax for a while. corona is a convicted felon for extortion and people rarely change.
Sounds like he's going to end up dead some day.

Yeah I'm not a gonna take it on the word of a convicted extortionate mafioso wannabe who is an Interista. Trying to make a career out of this shit.

Just wait for the investigation itself, even if it will most likely largely be conducted in a sham way through the media.

Oh he's definitely a scumbag but our club does have a knack for incriminating themselves in phone calls and WhatsApp conversations very often and never seem to learn.

We also never seem to defend ourselves properly so if they have anything on us that we had knowledge of what was going on and didn't report then I do think they will try to punish us in some form.

All it takes is a few leaked messages out of context in the papers and public opinion will be swayed as per usual.

not that the investigation will be accurate and impartial, but it literally can't be worse than this scumbag corona
