The reason are that most of us will become broke sooner or later and we need a source of income. Either through contest (spot the ball which has disappeared) or through a loan shark or even through a charity...any suggestions?

haha... the reason i am asking is some people might have cash in long term bets and their should be a means of getting a loan tell those bets clear...seems fair
