Cassano was awful today and i guess Giovinco would have done much better.. and tbh Montolivo played very good and i really like his passes he got this magic but his work-rate ain't helping him. but the guy is great passer tbh.

It's funny how everything in this Italy team that isn't from Juventus is falling apart, the fullbacks were liabilities today, the forwards can't score to save their lives, Montolivo played horrible, only de Rossi and the subs had decent games from non-Juve players, while all Juve players played pretty amazing. Pirlo just destroyed England's morale with that chip, Hart and the english penalty takers before and after Pirlo's penalty differed like day and night
Hopefully we'll see 352 against Germany, even if de Rossi and Chiellini are out due to injuries, 4312 exposes the defense way too much and there really isn't a use of an extra midfielder in attack if you play Montolivo/Motta as a trequartista.

Does Italy have a chance against Germany?
Hard to see Italy beating Germany.

Aside from Germany being a better team, Italy are going to be knackered after playing extra-time and will have two days less recovery time than the Germans.

Only way I see Italy progressing is if their inability to beat Italy gets to the Germans and they significantly underperform.

Wooooooooooooooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooooooo!

Thank you Italy; the scum are out. Finally, the ignorant cuntbags comprised of the English media and ignorant overpaid douchebag pundits can eat a huge slice of humble pie. Fuck the England national team, and the shitty over-rated Premier League.

That was a pretty impressive display from Italy once they sorted out the early issue of De Rossi playing too deep and narrow.

Shame they didn't take a few of their chances so the history books could show just what a pasting that was for England.

Proving people wrong EVERY DAMN MATCH! :touched:

Too bad the internal civil war that will develop in me from the Italy vs Germany match will give me a heart attack and leave me unable to see the end of the tournament.

To be fair, Montolivo did have quite a few nice touches, aside from that penalty :sergio:. Still shouldn't be played as a trequartista though. And I liked Diamanti a lot. He impressed me with his movement. Great cross too.

That has to suck. I thank God I'm 100% Italian no civil war here
It's one of the most painful things to witness, ever.

England made even France look good tbh. Shit team. Balo was worse however.

Germany will probably win if Italy's attack continues playing like this and doesn't take advantage of their only weak link, the defense. Will probably be a blowout. Glad to see Pirlo win tonight though. He was the one who deserved it.

I disagree, France have not looked good at all. That match was so shit I was dropping off in the middle of it.

From what I saw France was definitely the better team that match. England has Gerrard's set pieces to thank for getting so far. Such a bad team.

We are so going to shine in CL. Buffon, Pirlo and Marchisio played a good game against players from top clubs. Then Barzagli and Bonucci who could handle Rooney and Wellbeck, it's really good too see our boys shining and their winning spirit!

I thought Montolivo was decent but not good enough to be starting. Gio< Monto

I have the same feeling and i cant lie watching our players dominate England and match Spain in the first game has given me great belief in our team.

Still celebrations going on in my city. You'd think we won the euro by looking at how we're celebrating. Tbh english were complitely terrible, no depth, no chemistry and no team really. However, the game should have been put away much sooner and there really was no need for extra-time and pk's. Credit to pirlo for that "god-like" penalty and also respect to diamanti, who for some reason is starting to grow on me. And ofcourse... gigi
