@King Antonio; IIRC Ale didn't even shake Conte's hand when he left the field in his last matches. And to People comparing Alex to other legends, you can't be serious, you don't treat the greatest player to ever play for you, the symbol of Juventus this way.

That's not true. Ale gave Conte a big hug after his lap of honor during the Atalanta game, and shook his hand after he took him off in the Coppa Italia final.

I truly can't recall that, i remember him going to hug Buffon who was sitting near the field, after i recall him going to the bench and shook hands with some players.

Someone who have the game downloaded could confirm.

There are a bunch of videos on youtube of that lap of honor. You can easily check it for yourself (and shed a tear in the process, cause that shit gets me everytime)

Seems fishy, as a profesional behaviourologist I see a deep deep resentment coming from both men. The conspiracy theory stands!

It could have been mor emotional for sure :D

My guess is that alex was in a difficult situation for not being able to play. He was never able to hide that. Also there was a lot of regret from him because he didnt wanted to leave the team in first place,, but was not getting minutes from the coach. He knew it was not conte´s fault but when u are pissed u are pissed and thats it.

The thing is ....

It was the right time for il capitano to go. Conte saw it from a sporting perspective and Agnelli saw it from a contract/wages-perspective. They probably both discussed it and Agnelli had the balls to make it happen.

That's it, really.
This, really...

The bad thing is that he could have handled it better.... and also i would have prefered to keep him instead of bendner...but whats the point of keeing him and not using him?. Not good for both parties IMO.
