Well it's very probable that Ogbonna deal seems the easiest to complete. I hope that after the completion of this deal we concentrate strengthening the attack.

Priority and necessity over closing easier deals. If we miss out, it isn't a big deal. If we miss out on a striker, our chances in the CL are greatly diminished. We should be looking to reinvent that attack, so that by the start of the 2014-2015 season, none of the current strikers (with the exception of Llorente) are here anymore.
so what´s the problem? do you really think the guys who actually know our budget will just sign ogbonna, diamanti and luigi mediocri and notice afterwards that they don´t have enough money left to sign higuain?
i see no harm in getting as far as possible with ogbonna right now. dealing with fiorentina looks like a dead end (right now) and there will be a meeting for higuain in a few days time... why not "secure" probably the best/most talented young defender in the league in the meantime?
to me it seems like we are trying to get with many players as far as possible to be able to wrap up deals quickly as soon as we know which players we can sell (and for how much) and what happens to peluso, asamoah and especially isla.
having said that i kinda feel like we are going to jump on higuain as soon as there is a chance.

injury prone RVP went to manu for >30mio with one year left on his contract and is earning shitloads of money... can´t see how we should have gotten him because arsenal seemed to be well prepared to hold onto him until a crazy offer arrives.
afair the last jovetic news last season was that two clubs (supposedly city and juve... kinda hard to believe though) were prepared to pay up the 30mio and trigger the "gentlemen agreement" and fiorentina refused to sell.
as i already said: imo we lost out on most strikers because we weren´t ready to overpay like manu, city and co were/are willing to do.
Dont need strikers, we have Llorente. From what i hear Conte is switching to a 4-3-3 4-2-3-1, We have Llorente a proven goalscorer we should br looking for wingers who create and score. With Higuain and Llorente most likely only one will start. Can we afford to have Higuain on the bench that cost us 25 million? Think we should sell some dead weight and maybe we can afford Higuain and a good right winger after we sell!
