The coach is definitely the problem, but Cambiaso doesn't get a pass here IMO. No excuses for going against your coach like this in public. He was on the bench, so he was deemed ready to at least play a part of the game.

Even if they agreed he would only play a certain amount, the injury to Veiga changed this. At least leave the frustration for the dressing room, if you really feel like you are mismanaged. The City talk seems to have gotten to him, he really is starting to be like his idol Cancelo.

It's a shame, had hopes for him to become a bandiera for us.

but what is the coach fault here?...
not being able to earn the respect of the players? unless cambiaso is by default a disrespectful person (which he isn't, i don't remember any discipline issues with him), then it must be motta. he had issues with danilo, took the armband away from gatti for no apparent reason, benched cambiaso and thuram for no apparent reason, had and probably is having issues with vlahovic, locatelli is telling the exact opposite of what motta is saying post match, etc

i'm not suggesting to go full delio rossi on every ljajic but there are levels to commanding respect. leadership is a skill. it can be learned and improved but should be a prerequisite for a juve coaching job, not something you acquire while doing the job

he threw a tantrum before being subbed. according to some, he said "ma perché devo entrare proprio io", "but why do i have to enter"

banter era stuff. tell this to conte or allegri and they'll kick your ass
But those coaches have proven records, while Motta is a complete nobody who's been mismanaging the squad for months now.

And we obviously don't know what was said or agreed before the game. To me it looks like Cambiaso wasn't supposed to play, or at least not that soon. He sure didn't look ready to come on.

Now, if we were playing well & getting decent results, I could give Motta the benefit of the doubt in situations like these. But we're not.

Motta might be the shittiest coach in the world, but this is just unacceptable from Cambiasso.

He is playing for Juventus not for Motta.

Sell his ass. He had one good half season and thinks he's Neymar with that attitude.
exactly, not to mention he is doing it in reportedly the most important game of the season when everyone is watching it. Another retarded Italian football player who thinks he is a god because he did play few good games. This is the kind of attitude which is really killing those so called italian talents, not other thing than that.
He can fuck off for all I care. Dont like coach, thats ok, but if u have to play just fucking go and play and stfu.

Fuck him. He seems like an entitled little shit, but I would do the same thing if I was coached by a PussyFag who chooses to conistently play trash like Poopmeiners and Goneloziz. I would have honestly punched Fagotta because he's a Beta Cuck with zero charisma. I hate people like that.

This is Fagotta The Sharmotta

Yeah guys, let's kick out of the club the last guys with character, talent and skills just because they stood up to a pretentious, amateur and loser coach, who puts players out of position just because he thinks he's a genius.

Yeah, fuck them.

Bring in more Poopmainers and Kellys.

Don't you think that exactly could be the issue? Maybe the player wanted to stay? Saw himself as one of the leaders of this group playing in proper position?

No, I think the moment he heard from his agent the City interest and proposed wages, he was already packed, waiting for it to happen. It might be the reason for his behaviour, but I dont think we can blame Juve for it.
We are not hearing anything about Juve proposing him to the teams, the rumour was that one spefic team was interested in him because Guardialo admires him. I actually think the club refused to sell him in the winter as they couldnt sign Hancko to replace him (and we only had spot for 3 new players in CL anyway).

not obeying the coach's instructions or not being ready to play isn't character, it's usually entitlement or unprofessional behavior

that said, when the coach has issues with half of the team, it's usually not a player issue

When Buffon took off his gloves in the middle of the game in sign of protest, because everything in and around our club sucked, should he have been sold or kicked out?

First Allegri, then Danilo, then Cambiaso... well obviously there's something seriosuly wrong with club and it's core values right now, treating key people like shit. And that something is the duo of Motta and Giuntoli not being worthy of this club. Period.

He probably wanted Savona to come on.

Not sure what to make of this reaction. Could be very unprofessional, could be that his injury is still bothering him a lot. And most probably a bit of both... When you're on the bench en the coach wants to bring you on, you shut up and hurry with very few exceptions (De Rossi).

I feel like there's more to it. Was he somewhat injured? Maybe he wasn't supposed to play or only play a restricted amount of minutes. Regardless, when you're called upon in an emergency, you handle it professionally and you don't make a scene in public.

That said, our locker room (and honestly the whole Juventus environment) seems like a complete toxic mess right now.
