Don't understand how audited accounts are being accused of false declarations. These prosecutors are now better accountants and auditors than EY's?
according to what has been leaked and speculated, other than the secret cr7 document which either existed or not, this whole story revels around the subjective valuation of some players. and what did juve gain of it after all? we lost the scudetto, we have accounts in the red like never before, we needed 700m of capital raise within a couple of years, and the squad is full of unsellable players due to their high wages and/or book value.

it looks much more like a case of terrible incompetence and mismanagement than false accounting, especially with a publicly traded, audited company.

How dare you accuse Lord Tici of such terrible incompetence. He was the greatest Director ever.

FIGC President on the Juve/Suarez investigation:

"The Federal Prosecutor has evaluated the first part of the documents and has come to a conclusion. We are moving towards filing. We await the other documents (on Paratici, ed)"
