no, Mountain (MDT). Voller confused CEST with CET (former accounts for daylight savings, the latter does not). That is, the draft will be at 16:00 CEST and if before (when he thought it was at 16:00 CET) it was 9 am for you, now it will be 8am, instead.

The above assumes you are CT/CST (without daylight savings) and not CDT (with daylight savings). Basically, MDT (my time zone) is the same right now as CT/CST (which I think is the one you used earlier).
