My trade wasn't serious haha
You offered me Sammy Watkins (borderline number 3/hit and miss), Terrance West (Barely even a starter/0 security/3 headed rb attack), Philip Rivers (solid qb but a marginal upgrade over my backup Matt Ryan) and Andre Ellington (Solid borderline number 1) for Peyton Manning (30+ a game every week, best qb in the game) and Eddie Lacy (Retarded early but starting to heat up)
Completely lopsided and I don't think any of them outside of Ellington and Rivers would have started, so I was justified in saying no.

wtf is that @acmilan
It's a negotiation, my dears. Was I supposed to offer D. Thomas from the beginning? That's what counter-offers are for ... Sheesh, do I have to spell it out in front of everybody

Ellington is a better RB option than Lacy. Even with Palmer, he was a lock of 20+ touches, now more like 25+ per game. Lacy is more of a boom or bust option considering a very heavy workload for him is 15 touches or so per game - unless he busts out on a big run/reception, his production has a low ceiling.
As for West, he is already a better starting option than Tate or Sankey and at least as good as Miller, your second-in-line RB. For someone like X, who has 3 elite RBs, West would be of no value but that's not the case with your roster, Jamie. Either way, West was more of the depth-building part of the offer.
Above all, however, it's a negotiation process - things don't have to end at first offer.
