i thought i was the only one who saw that

seems everytime i see him he's fixing his socks then getting up off the ground
He goes to the ground when soldiering on would not have been a great opportunity. Sometimes its better to win a foul or a penalty than stay up and do nothing with the ball. I've seen him keep going after being shoved or intercepted by others plenty of times before. Its bad only if you think that he would have been able to create a dangerous situation (more dangerous than a set piece when you have Kroos, bale and ramos around) had he stayed up. I dont think he does that often at all. Totti, DP and even Pirlo were the best at this kind of thing, always winning a foul when the path seems to be blocked. Some defenders do that too when they are chased by a winger.

He also got two of the opposition players to tackle each other which was hilarious. He deserved a goal imo :D

I never understood why he insisted on doing that. Its not like he doesn't have the strength stay on his feet and challenge defenders and the skill to hold up ball or play himself out of tight spots. I can understand a player going to ground if that's the best they can do in such situations but he doesn't need to.
And its fucking frustrating. But he cant help it, it is a habit, a reflex, a flinch he gets everytime an oposition player touches him. He could be twice the player he is if he would stop that. But he wont, and that sort of behavior will get him perma-benched

2 matches: 0 goals 0 assists.. Mark my words if this goes on for another 5 - 8 matches he's benched by benzema and the fans in bernabeu will whistle at him (even though he plays fucking good atm)
