Needs to be more composed in front of the goal, polish his finishing a bit. It's all about perspective, we won and it was a good game from Alvaro, but if result wasn't in our favor he'd be labeled as one of the major cultprits tonight.

His first half was as expected, lively. The missing chance sucked major juve balls.

His second half was not as good. I would keep using him. It seems some games on the bench even improved llorente, so make this 2 fight each ohter for that spot

That was a pretty awful miss, luckily it didn't come back to bite us in the ass.

However, a sopping wet pitch doesn't really make finishing the easiest of things, and seeing as none of the goals from either team were really the clinical finish type, it was that kind of match. I'd like to see more of him, to see over a bigger sample size what kind of ability (most importantly finishing ability) he has.

If Llorente has found form. Alternating the two of them, one game on/one off, with the other as first sub off the bench in the game off, could be a good rotation, especially with regards to keeping them fresh. Morata--Llorente might even work on occasion to spell Tevez.

Anyone else interested in seeing how a Morata--Llorente partnership would do up front?
