Aaron is biased

. He was decent in a few games, but all in all, he was quite average to be honest. Especially when played as a CM, later on in the season Rafa started playing him behind the striker, he was a bit better there, but still not good enough. Theres a reason Pool don't want him.
His passing is a bit overstated i'd say. He is a good passer of the ball for sure, but nothing special. D.Pizarro is better at passing the ball around, he has a wider passing range and he is more intelligent with the ball, ie he rarely loses it, he's also better at keeping possession than Aquilani. I always thought Spaletti was right to play Pizarro over Aquilani. You obviously watch a lot of Roma, so i'm sure you'd agree Pizarro was one of their best players last season, and was even better than De Rossi.
