That transfer was worth around 22mln euros. It had some bonuses.

I don't think option would under 16mln
I'm curious about those bonuses, particularly if they were team-based performance ones, lol... Although, I suppose, considering the number of games he had, individual bonuses couldn't have been too great, either.

Aaron is biased :D. He was decent in a few games, but all in all, he was quite average to be honest. Especially when played as a CM, later on in the season Rafa started playing him behind the striker, he was a bit better there, but still not good enough. Theres a reason Pool don't want him.

His passing is a bit overstated i'd say. He is a good passer of the ball for sure, but nothing special. D.Pizarro is better at passing the ball around, he has a wider passing range and he is more intelligent with the ball, ie he rarely loses it, he's also better at keeping possession than Aquilani. I always thought Spaletti was right to play Pizarro over Aquilani. You obviously watch a lot of Roma, so i'm sure you'd agree Pizarro was one of their best players last season, and was even better than De Rossi.
I think you are wrong, Fred. If my memory serves me well, Spaletti always preferred Aquilani ahead of Pizarro. In the end Pizarro was getting more playing time due to Aquilani's injuries and due to the time needed to re-gain fitness after the injury. But when healthy, the Italian was the first choice.

I'd have preferred Pizarro, though. Great player.

3 reason why i think he's coming juve rather than napoli:

1) He's Chiellini's Childhood friend
2) Hamsik and him not going play side by side
3) Juventus>Napoli
