I was thinking about that too... But there would be such a need to install such screens on every stadium. Or maybe they have such screens already?

The idea is good, but I'm wondering about sth: 1. To what situations would it be used: diving, hand in penalty area, off-sides? 2. About technical aspect of this: how referee will be able to watch such video? Every time to run to the line and look at this? It will take ages, if let's say...
