good thing that Daei is out, iran need a forward who can move more. They could've beaten mexico if they had a moving forward as the mexicans were always attacking

i think iran could do something and advance to the 2nd... they have a good team. If they had another moving forward upfront they could've got a better result against mexico. Portugal were disappointing to me,and they will advance only becuz they have an easy group imo.figo played very well.

i really have high hopes for the iranian team, and i think they will do well. Ali Daie said this is the best iranian side he played in, and from the few times i saw them i share his opinion.
