Italy is a pretty big place ... not everyone has the time or the money to travel to Turin each 2nd weekend to see their fav team.

The other seating area will become conference rooms for use during the week for conventions or work related gatherings. ;)

Not true. Torino has almost a million people and Manchester only 0.5 milion.

We dont need to build a new stadium. We are going to do a "make-over" of Delle Alpi, meaning that we will take out the running tracks, move the seats closer and reduce the size. Not to mention that underneath there will be a so called Juve room with the trophies, memories, ... To the ones...
