Sounds like a problem with cookies. Check your settings Firefox: Tools>Options>Privacy>Cookies Internet Explorer: Tools>Internet Options>Privacy If they're very high, lower them a bit. If you've got a firewall like Zonealarm Pro or something, check that it isn't set to block cookies...
