what i mean is if u wanna do something bad, remember death,remember u'll get the punishment much later, so u'll think twice before u do that bad thing.

maybe afraid of death is a good thing, so you wont do something bad in life so you will straight to heaven after you dead

there's a life after death and that life is better than now. dont need to be afraid but also good if you r afraid of death. that will remind you that someday, you will be dead too.
