yes ofcourse clubs don't trade at book value... anything above book value is profit on disposal. If Vucinic is traded at €10m, Juve's profit on disposal is €4.6m and if Guarin is traded at €12m, Inter's profit on disposal is €5.5m. Cash transfer being the net (12-10) €2m.

Vucinic's book value is €5.6m with 1.5 years left in contract, Guarin's book value most probably €6.5m with 2.5 years left, so makes sense that our initial offer was Vucinic+€1m.
