Is he injured?

I very much prefer Danilo as CB with Bremer. They are forming a formidable partnership (Also keeps Bonucci out of the starting lineup with Gatti or Sandro as the third CB) Also 3 in the back means Kostic gets to do his thing.

He’s been terrible, yet he has 3 assists in the league this season. No way Danilo can make those numbers. We really need an RB or right sided Kostic like player.

This is also true. He's expected to play week in week out and in multiple roles. Too much for a player at the end of his career.

If the rumoured wages for DeS at 1.7m is true, his renewal is barely a problem. If it's at the current wages, then it's poor business.

If there's one player I don't mind being paid a bit extra, it's Cuads. The man is a team player through and through.

Even if he only plays at a high level for one more season, he deserves the extension. He’s been a great asset for this club.
