Considering there has been no goodbye posts on Juventus social media, I'm assuming we are still trying to find a deal.

Crazy how much money has been spent on Morata over the years. With just a year in his contract left, Atletico is doing well to recover that much for him.

€35m is too much. Doubt Atletico can convince anyone to pay that for Morata with one year left on his contract.

The days he decides not to roll on the floor, he’s immense. Doesn’t stop chasing the ball and today even his hold up play was on point. Very much a confidence player and I’m glad it’s right before a CL game.

He’s been playing like this all season. All hustle and no goal. Thankfully in this role he’s not expected to score as much, which is great for him and the team.

Not if he's a starter/first rotation. That's what Sandro has been earning for a couple of years. (There are others who are paid more and play less, but we accept that those were massively stupid deals). Would be nice to keep him around, especially with Chiesa probably not being completely...

He hasn't looked like le sulk this season (like he usually does when he goes through a lean period). So I'm hoping it's only a matter of time before he starts scoring again to finish with 15-20 goals for the season. The difference between him and Kean is that he's not a one dimensional player...
