    For 3 weeks now I've been going to the gym for 4 days a week :weee: Cardio and light weight training.     I want to lose about 7 kgs and get back under 70kgs. At the moment it's about 40 mins of cardio a day, 4 days a week. I don't think that's going to work much, but it's a start. I also need to get a diet plan.

    Pothead :disagree: :D Anyways, back to the gym after a long, long gaps. More than 9 months I think. Straight up cardio for one-month. I need to lose the 8 kgs I gained in the past two months or so. I hate cardio, but I think that's the best way to go as of now.

    I workout at the gym at my office. I go to the office only for the first four days of the week. So I get to work out only for four days. Anyone kind enough to suggest a routine?
