That's completely true. The diet severely lacks (dare I say) most of the essential ingredients in a healthy, balanced diet. When I look around, I'm surrounded by senior citizens who walk hunched over, presumably because they didn't get enough calcium and protein in their diet. Even today, 99.9%...
